Magfed.fi is a website dedicated to magfed paintball in Finland and beyond. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information we may collect. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Who we are
The website magfed.fi is operated by an independent enthusiast / small team based in Finland.

This is a passion project sharing gameplay videos, loadout builds, hit compilations and magfed paintball content.

Information you provide directly
• If you create an account or log in (required for writing stories, posting images, creating events, or updating status): username, email address, password (hashed), and any profile information you choose to add.
• Comments or likes on posts: the content of your comment, your username/display name, and timestamp.
We do not require real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive personal data.
Automatically collected information
• Technical data: IP address, browser type/version, device information, operating system, referring page, pages visited, time/date of visit, and time spent on pages.
• Cookies and similar technologies: We may use essential cookies for site functionality (e.g., remembering login state) and analytics cookies to understand site usage.
Third-party data
• YouTube embeds/videos: When you watch embedded YouTube videos from our channel (@magfedfi), YouTube (Google) may collect data according to its own privacy policy (including cookies for viewing statistics, recommendations, and ads if you're logged into Google). We do not control or have access to this data.
• Analytics: We may use tools like Google Analytics to track anonymous usage statistics (e.g., popular posts, visitor locations by country). This helps us improve the site.
• Affiliate/promocode links: Clicking these may send referral information to the partner site, but we do not receive your personal details from them.
We do not collect: payment information, location data beyond rough IP-based country/region, or any special categories of personal data (health, ethnicity, etc.).
